Pricing and Payment:

Prices do include ground shipping in the continental U.S but do not include any other shipping options such as 3-day or air express. Prices listed do not include taxes.  Applicable California taxes are added if the buyer is located in California.

Buyers are responsible for the payment of all applicable sales taxes for shipments to all other states and territories outside of California.

Hooray4Duvetzzz accepts credit card payments by Discover, MasterCard, American Express and Visa.  PayPal is also accepted.  All payments must be made in US dollars and is applied at time of purchase. Hooray4Duvetzzz reserves the right to defer or delay orders and shipments until payment is first received for all balances due. Buyer agrees to assume responsibility and unconditionally guarantees payments for all purchases from Hooray4Duvetzzz.

Shipping
Hooray4Duvetzzz is committed to customer satisfaction. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy and pleasant as possible. 

Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it and carefully check for damages and order accuracy. Please report any discrepancies or damages within 24 hours.  If your product(s) are damaged in shipment -- DO NOT ACCEPT IT. Please refuse shipment from the carrier and contact us immediately. We will then arrange to have a replacement shipment sent out to you at no cost.

If you have accepted a delivery that has concealed damage, you must contact Hooray4Duvetzzz within 48 hours of receipt of material. All damaged material must be held for possible inspection by the carrier, which may include providing photos, etc. The Buyer is responsible for all freight claims resulting from damage in transit if they accept the material from the carrier without noting such damages on the freight bill at the time of delivery. Title and Loss risk are passed to the Buyer at the time of shipment.

Warranty

We warrant all products we sell to be in good condition and as described.  Please refer to our returns policy if the product is damaged. This warranty extends for 30 days as stated under the returns policy. Please observe proper care of the product or this warranty is void.  We are not responsible for any damage to the product caused by the customer and this voids the warranty.  In the unlikely situation that damage to the product is revealed after the 30 days has expired through no fault of the customer, please contact us to discuss this situation as we reserve the right, in unusual circumstances, to extend the warranty. However in no event shall the warranty extend past 90 days.

Limitation of Liability
Hooray4Duvetzzz is not liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of the materials on this site or the performance or delivery of the products.  Hooray4Duvetzzz is not liable for any deliveries that arrive before or after the anticipated date.  If the customer chooses the no signature required option for shipping, Hooray4Duvetzzz is not liable for the safety of the package after being delivered to the address given by the customer.  Partial shipments are permitted at Hooray4Duvetzzz's discretion.

Hooray4Duvetzzz reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be (a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene, (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, (c) in violation of a copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right of another or (d) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to Hooray4Duvetzzz in its sole discretion.

Miscellaneous

Color samples may vary in color due to graphical variations in monitors. Please contact us if you would like a sample of the fabric sent to you prior to ordering the product.
